HSP precast components, we're giving you step-by-step
instructions for installing HSP planks.

Installing HSP Plank
Step 1: Handling and Setting Plank
HSP plank must be shipped, lifted, and handled properly
to ensure good results. Click here for instructions on

Step 2: Leveling and Grouting
After plank is installed, the planks must be leveled out and the keyways
must be filled with grout. Click here for leveling and grouting instructions.
Step 3: Concrete Topping
After installing, leveling and grouting, the plank is now ready for a structural concrete
topping. Here are instructions to develop a proper bond between the planks and topping.
Step 4: Finishing Floors
In buildings having HSP floors, pad and carpet can be installed
quickly and inexpensively. Tips and instructions are given here.
Step 5: Finishing Ceilings
